Can’t come up with a lead magnet for your biz? Think outside the PDF. In this episode, Ann Koppuzha of Powerhouse Legal shares how she did it.

Here are Ann’s tips for creating an effective lead magnet:

Research lead magnet ideas

  • What are people asking you for?
  • Look in Facebook groups and see what people are chatting about. What do they need help with?
  • Think outside the PDF—how can you apply what you love in a unique fashion to help your audience?
  • Keep it short and easy-to-implement

Test your lead magnet

Test your lead magnet to make sure that people actually are interested before you spend time creating the entire thing. You can ask your audience or ask people in Facebook groups that you’re a part of!

Make sure your lead magnet is appealing

Even if your lead magnet has great content, people won’t be interested unless it grabs their attention. Use these tools to help: 

Promote your lead magnet 

Share your lead magnet with as many people as possible! Make people aware of what you do by sharing in Facebook groups and communities when appropriate.
